week 3

At a recent estate sale I purchased 2 copies of this 1962 Philadelphia Inquirer. I saved one & ReStyled one into fun Valentine's Day Garland!
Here are some of the pretty articles & advertisement's . . .
This is a fun & easy craft for all ages.
-Cut out a bunch of the same size strips
(I did mine about 2 x 5 inches)
-Hold together 2 pieces and staple at one end
-Split & pull each strip around
-Staple other ends together
-Next cut thinner/longer strips & simply loop together 2 hearts . . .
Another idea- is to take thread and string them all together and have them hang down . . .
& that's it for this week - have a great weekend:)

Stacey, I'm a first-time visitor to your blog from Cleveland. I saw a comment you made on Wendy's post and decided to click-through. We have a six-year-old as well and I look forward to reading more of your posts.

I hope you have a great Friday.
