A Quick Entrance . . .

My sister is to blame for this new found blog addiction. I love reading about other ~not so ordinary~ Mommy's and the intimate details of their lives. As creepy as that sounds. So it is no surprise that after much stalking, I thought I would start my very own. My online dairy ~ I think of those old shows on MTV were they would give celebrities cameras and they would start off my saying, “You think you know! But, you have no idea!” That is so true about so many regular people. The stranger walking down the street, the mother at the park, the person you never saw at church before. How often do you stereotypically place them in a category . . . you never really know where they are going, what they are really like, or what they have been through. There is something interesting about getting a deeper look into someones life, through the comfort of your own home . . . while sharing things about your own life that others would never expect.

I am excited & scared to start this blog. Excited to share things about my personal life with others that may (for some reason) be interested. Scared, that I will get addicted & become a hermit that never wants to leave my computer cause I have to update strangers on what I did the day before :) Really ~its scary revealing yourself and writing out your innermost thoughts.

I hope you like our world. . .

I can't wait to read more of your blog posts! We sound a lot alike. I came to the Lord recently after being a non-believer and being quite "wild".

Keep blogging!

Thanks for coming to visit me (please know that I write a TON more about other things and Stargate was just a recent post... LOL!).

I have a friend who is goth and people assume she's a rebellious God-hater but she is, in fact, a strong Christian. So I really can appreciate your post about how there's so much more than the outside of a person!

Please come and visit me often! I love your writing style and would love to keep up with your life.

By the way, my name is Joy. I have two daughters and we're working on having baby number 3 (send up a prayer for me!) and I'm so glad to have met you!

hi Stacey! I'm Marisa, also 28 and I have an almost 2 year old son and a baby daughter. So you have been there and done that through the whole 2-3 year with a boy- I may have questions for you! LOL I was raised Christian, but also had my wild moments in my early 20s. My blog is private but I'd love to add you if you want! (if so, send me your email address at daxandlexi@grandecom.net) always love to hear from Christian mamas!!

LOL on Joy's Stargate post. (J- your comment cracjed me up!) She has a great blog, its usually about her precious family and projects.
