This is my big sister, look how cute she was with her vintage snoopy shirt & blonde bob!
Last Wednesday my sister, brother in law & 2 sweet nieces moved:( They went from being 2 minutes away to living in a different state.
Even though I knew it was coming I guess I just didn’t really want to think about it . . . like it really wasn’t ever going to happen. & if it did it was no biggie - I would be fine- after all its not like we were together everyday? At least that’s what was I was telling myself . The day after they moved I woke up and it was such a weird feeling- she wasn’t a 2 minute car ride away anymore & either are these sweet little faces. . .
My sister and her husband (who really is like a brother to me) are amazing people! Words could not possible express how completely thankful I am to have them - I would not be the single mom I am today if it wasn’t for there love and support. They have done SO much for me! Seriously - A LOT!!! They are the best!!!!!
We went to visit them this weekend & had a nice time. It was hard saying goodbye:( I'll get use to . . .one day... but not anytime soon!!!

I can totally relate and I can feel your pain :( When my hub's brother and SIL moved with our neice and nephew to Florida from Wisconsin it was THE worst!! SKYPE SKYPE SKYPE! Totally saves us on days when we are missing "our kiddos" like crazy! We also post videos with little messages for each other :) *Hugs* being sent your way!
Sisters should be required to stay close! (I'm not really one to talk, since I'm pretty sure I'm the sister who moved, but...) I totally agree with Kristine, though. Skype is AWESOME, and totally easy (and free :D).
I can feel your pain. My sis went from being 1 hour away to 6!!
xx
I hear you! It does get easier, but you have to adapt! Skype it THE best thing for long distance relationships, it's the only way I see my family.
We're always around if you need us!
